REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nexis Ventures, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our members and investors. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may apply for services, fees, and other transactions.
1. Membership Fees
1.1. Non-Refundable Membership Fee
The registration fee of $500 and annual membership commitment are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as specified under Section 5 (Exceptions).
1.2 Cancellation of Membership
Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time by notifying Nexis Ventures in writing. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership term.
2. Investment Contributions
2.1 Non-Refundable Investment Commitments
All investment contributions made through Nexis Ventures are final and non-refundable. Members are advised to carefully review each investment opportunity before committing funds.
2.2 Withdrawal from Syndicate Deals
Once an investment has been finalized and funds have been transferred, withdrawal from the deal is not possible.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Services not delivered due to errors attributable to Nexis Ventures.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to admin@nexisventures.ca and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Request Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
